Job Description – Indenting Business

Ø Business Operations - Understanding the Business Operations, different verticals and products of international supplier.
Ø Client Visits - Meetings and discussions with potential customers.
Ø Key Accounts - Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
Ø Business Development - Initiative in developing new business for international client in India by making new customers through Internet, Exhibitions, Reference & Telecalling. Should be able to acquire new clients along with enhancing our relationship with them for repeat orders.
Ø Contracts - Responsible for networking with major potential industry players and get contracts in place.
Ø Market Research - Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements, defining market, competitor’s share and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses. Import data analysis, trend on competitor pricing.
Ø Planning, review & troubleshooting - Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing customer service standards, resolving problems, determining system improvements. Sales Planning & Budgeting, Forecasting and Execution of Sales Strategy.
Ø Periodic report generation - Monitoring the monthly sales & in-depth analysis / generating monthly report for management. Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
Ø Intra & Inter Departmental Coordination - Coordinating with international supplier and customers for settling of payments. Coordination with supplier for timely shipment of material.
Ø Confidentiality - Protects organization’s value by keeping the information confidential.

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year experience, good communication skills, aggressive, preferably from Science, Biotech, Chemical Engineering, Pharma background. preferably male candidates, we don’t mind looking at female candidates if they are aggressive and willing to travel. Freshers can be looked at in case of exceptionally good candidates. Joining would be immediate or can be discussed in case the students have examinations.

Salary – 3 – 3.5 lacs pa (in hand) or more for deserving candidate
