**NEW** Rendition/Edition On Our Website "Eureka Plumas Mine Camp" California

 

I am releasing a really nice edition on our website tonight actually its a rendition because I went back here last October a few months ago to finish the final touchups on this project because I had lost my video footage so while I was there I took a few photos and videos just to finish up on the project but still to make a return to this place is very stellar.

 

So many changes I could not get access to the lake or another mill I wanted to see by the lake. Most of the structures are suffering the roofs, siding, paint etc is very warped. The tunnel had a collapse you use to be able to walk up to it and look down into the tunnel now its just a cavern with a grate deeper on in. Its very dangerous held up by wood beams but I still went into the mine carefully and went all the way to the gate. But years ago the entrance was all in tact and it was labeled Eureka Tunnel. This mine has 65 miles of tunnels within Eureka Peak.

 

The main reason though for my return was to get the video footage because the mill is about to collapse and its in a very fire risky area so that is why I returned because I wanted to get some media footage. This time I did find the Moriarty House where a child had gotten sick that died during a pandemic who haunts the restaurant and cemetery down the road. But that house was also for the mining camps superintendent who oversaw the work being done in this camp.

 

The work we do is important or should I say I do because without guys like me going out their documenting these places they would sort of be a forgotten part of time that the world would never know of its existence and so let it be a learning experience for all of you because this is a really nice gem. Its such a special place none like it in the world to be honest and I hope it last but I have a feel that since I visited it last our government is just not giving these places the funding they need to stay preserved I mean what a difference from years ago till 2025 its not good because the site has one of the largest an finest mills in the state which its in peril known as The Mohawk! 

 

Also do not click the links copy and paste them into your browser. If you use FB browser to view our website it distorts it and nothing is in alignment or order not sure why so always copy paste the links into IE, Firefox or Chrome then bookmark the links there or just go to our main site book mark the investigation archives then you can check out various locations. I have done a couple thousand projects I just am really behind if we have over 1000 on our site now expect a thousand more to eventually be added because I am always adventuring  just very busy but ill try to get some good things coming. In fact the next edition on our site will be National Exchange Hotel!
