As per Rule 9-1/0¹, we are all due some weekly Plasticred allowances.
I'm not sure at which point <http://asynchronous.org/paranomic-xp/
index.php?title=Plasticreds> was last updated, but it might be nice to
come current through the weeks of dis-maintenance. I see that it
falls to Ivan Hope to maintain this document.
As per Rule 4-7/0², some of us have been due promotions for multiple
weeks, now. I don't see to what Service Firm this falls, and must
request The Computer's guidance in such matters.

The Computer will be catching up on this and other overdue maintenance
tasks in the near future. Proposals to Erase the citizens previously
assigned to these tasks will follow.

I went ahead and fixed it.

It's automatic. Fortunately, we can avoid messy retroactive
recalculation of votes as follows:
"week-cycle" as an absolute (rather than
relative as in Rule 2-2-2) time period is not defined, so we can avoid
retroactive recalculation of votes as follows:
The Computer hereby declares that, as "week-cycle" is not yet defined
as an absolute (rather than relative as in Rule 2-2-2) time period,
its beginning with respect to such absolute periods is also not yet
defined. It is hereby defined as Monday 00:00:00 UTC, thus on 20080728
the following players will be promoted to Orange clearance:
0x44, Blaise Pascal, jsled, Levi
and all commendation points will then be set to zero.
