[ooc, meta] Pages -> MediaWiki

As per the sub-thread starting at <http://groups.google.com/group/
paranomic-xp/msg/a328d0831982259f>, there's now a MediaWiki setup at
<http://asynchronous.org/paranomic-xp/>. I see that all the Pages
content has been moved over and marked "(historical)" here. I also
see that only a handful of us have created accounts there. I guess
this is an Announcement of the fact.

I reformatted the Current Rules to use headlines for the rule titles
so a) the rules are TOC-ified and b) each gets a #fragment-id to be
hyperlink-able. The paranoid among you might want to verify the
diffs. :)
