Support for comparison for dynamic finders

Hi,
another enhancement to finder methods.

Not You can choose different strategies in comparing values of the
parameters of a dynamic finder, not only equality.

For example:

List<Person> findByLastName(
@Compare(CompareType.ILIKE) String lastName);
