Paramvir,
I've tried to communicate with you about this via the contact form on your website (http://paramquery.com/contact), as well as emailing you at sup...@paramquery.com, and received no response from either attempt whatsoever.
We have a
requirement in our company application to add two rows of fixed data to the top of the grid. They need to
show just below the header, and stay fixed when the grid is scrolled and/or
sorted. We followed the summary example and it’s working well, except the last
two rows of [non-fixed] data remain hidden even when we scroll all the way to
the bottom of the grid. So essentially the 2-3 bottom rows (the number is
different depending on the browser) are being hidden due to the fixed rows at
the top.
We have communicated with you in the past via the google forum about this and you suggested that this would be addressed in the Pro version, which is now available for purchase. If this issue has been addressed or you know of a workaround, we would definitely purchase your grid (the Enterprise version). Please let us know as soon as possible if the Pro version will resolve this issue.
This is our final attempt to communicate with you regarding this...if there is still no response we'll just assume that the Pro version will not resolve the issue, and we won't bother purchasing it. Whether or not it does, it concerns me that you've been completely unresponsive to our attempts at communication with you. I would think that you would be more responsive to questions from potential customers of your Pro (paid) grid.
