  Respected Residents, The above meeting is called since PFAOA is not answering to below points and not calling any GBM.                           **Agenda* 

1- lligal  Installation of Air Tel Towers in Society

2-Linking maintenance with Car Parking

3-No update on any pending works -Society exterior Paint, Basement work, Pool sepage, etc  which builder supposed to do. Given free passage to Builder 

4-Installation of Old Gensets

5-Kirtan and Ramayan Paath stopped to do at Club House 

6-High maintenance Charges after handover to AOA where it was supposed to be cheaper

7- Additional Charges for Card swapping for payment for electricity recharge

8- No reply/ auto reply  to any of the queries of  residents through emails or phone ,  ask to visit PFAOA office for every query.

9- Collecting maintenance up to 31st March on behalf of builder

10- Taking decisions without discussing with residents.

I do not support going to court on every single matter in the society.

I would like my money to be better utilized for the maintenance of the society and nothing else.

We did not see such efforts against builder ever, if there could be any such efforts against builder (who is big time fraud), we could have things done in timely manner....
