Dear Friends,

We call upon all our friends to join us for a meeting at Mayur Vihar – Star Mall on Sunday the 3rd Feb 2013.

The prime objective of this meeting are :

1. To discuss and take forward the process of formation of Paramount Floraville Flat Owners Association.

2. To discuss primarily the current issue of Interest / Service Tax among the Flat owners. (also see details in attached file)

Just to update you once again, we have initiated attempts to explore the formation of the Association which in the given scenario, is of utmost importance to bring all of us on a common platform strengthening our unity. This unity is going to help us to put pressure on the builder to resolve various issues that are of concern to all of us including unjustified demands and slow progress of the project.

We have few expert friends among us who would guide us on the subject and also give their suggestions on certain issues. We intend to conduct this meeting in an more organized manner and shall have discussion session in the end to discuss individual issues one by one. We hope to arrive at common page after this meeting to take forward the collective effort on crucial issues with the builder.

Thus we expect everybody to make sure that he or she TURNS UP in the meeting and make this initiative a success.
