Update after visiting Paramount Office on 8th Dec 2012

Hello All,

It's great to see the support from every one and coming to Paramount Office on time. So now it's confirmed every one is a victim of this INTEREST DEMAND. And after meeting you it's very clear we all have disagreement on this interest demand. I guess who all visited office today got the ledger and know why and when they've charged interest component. Few of you also talked specific to your issues as well.

Now I would request all of you to put your thought on our next strategy. 

My Opinion:-

We should meet with their MD as a Paramount Floraville Resident Association and one last try to make the interest component 0 before looking for any legal action.

I would also request others to post their understanding after today's visit.

They've offered waiving off Interest amount between June to Sept. It may allure few of you but I think we shouldn't fall into that trap. They are even asking to pay interest before signing the agreement.

Thank you very much for updating. I couldn't reach there I reside near Kanpur. I will come in next meeting. Please plan few days earlier so that train booking can be made.

I too agree that we should try to resolve interest issue mutually first before seeking legal option. So meeting with Paramount MD will be a good option. We should plan this as early as possible.

Dear Amit u r doing g8..... we all are with u physically and financially.......

yes lets try to settle this matter with builder at personal level otherwise we will go to court.......

don't scared my dear neighbours, builder can't cancel anybodies unit, suppose hes cancelling then he will have to cancel all bookings and will have to refund our money as per todays inflation rate or otherwise he will have to give almost same flat on other location + difference money.

builder and his employees are threatening us from fake email ids or from fake clients sides thats all.

See if with a single small threat if builder will get earn few crore rupees easily then its a gud business for him.

then i think i should also start doing such business right....... joke apart lol...... ;)

 all of u don't think that let other handle this, or we have to pay only 20k we will pay no worries, friends we all have to fight till end after all its a matter of our own house. we will be living there as a family. so now contribute ur effort as a family members........ right

we are fighting for a genuine reason , r u with us reply me with ur vote yes or no only........... :) lets see how much guts u all guys got........

Hindi mai samajh lo  sabhi log- aaj bhi paramout ke office gaya thaa koi fayada nahi hai.......

yaha group per point discuss karnay se better hai...... comming sunday ko meeting fix kar lo apan sabhi log right.......

kisi park mai like indra-prasth park delhi yaa koi aur bhi jaha parking ki problem naa ho aur naa baithay ki aur naa zoor se baat karnay ki........

sabhi log venue decide karo baki saray discussion inperson park mai kartay hai........

bina court ke iss problem kaa koi solution nahi hai........ ab chahey kitna bhi discuss kar lo......

amit, atin guys finalize the venue and fix meeting on this sunday same time @ 11 am.
