Imp: Note on Service tax demand based on statements by Paramount - for discussion of way forward

Dear All,

This is a small note I've put together discussing the demand for extra service tax by the builder and the legality of the same.  The analysis is of course based on the verbal justifications received by the officers (mainly Ashima) of the builders, who admittedly, may not be accurately stating the facts.  But it is the same justification that has been given to some of our other friends (as per posts in google groups and facebook) and so I have proceeded on this basis.

Very well defined. I think something fishy here that's why they didn't mention any reason for service tax instead they choose to explain everyone. 

Interest and Service tax both are un-justified.
