Jiva is the eternal servant of Krishna. Disturbances come when we become averse to Sree Krishna. So what is the solution? To turn towards Krishna. But that too is difficult because of our previous bad impressions of being averse to Krishna for millions of births. So we should take the shelter of Gaur-Nityananda and pray for their mercy whole-heartedly. You can get many so-called friends in your good time in this world, but those friends will leave you at your bad times. Supreme Lord Sri Krishna and Sri Gaur-Nityananda are our actual Friends. If we can take absolute shelter of Them, all agonies of mind will disappear.
