Ok, it worked, I scanned it into a PDF, and uploaded it to FILES.
Very easy.
Lets only upload the BEST copies we can get, and we will need to put
what state its used in at the end of the file name.
If we each try to do a few each week, we should have an arsenal of
forms very soon.
When someone requests a particular form, rather then just email it to
them, we could just upload it here.
