hitting reported bug(where is new release)?

I am hitting this bug

which says it is fixed in 2.3.1-3 or something?

I tried to clone git as I am inside a firewall and need an http method :(.  Can someone fork their git onto github so I can hit an http url?

So https doesn't work inside the firewall? That stinks. It looks like
if you switch the "https" to "http", the main repo URL should work:

http://code.google.com/p/parallel-ssh/

I'll try to cut a new release sometime in the next few days (there's no
particular reason not to, other than being a bit busy).
