Do you offer a Wi-Fi connection to physicians for their personal devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)?  If so, how?

Thanks,

Rick

We do not let personal devices on our network.  They can get on the guest network (which is slow and pretty much horrible). If they have a company owned device, they can get on our internal wifi.

We created a Physician SSID that only has access to our Citrix Netscalers and Exchange.  We provide it to any physician who wants access, but do not publicly share the key.

We also partitioned our wireless network and gave physicians their own partition; so we now have partitions for the Hospital, Guest and a separate Physician partition for use with their personal mobile devices.   Docs were very frustrated previously as they were using the Guest wifi which can get pretty busy.  They have been very satisfied since the change.  We do not allow personal mobile devices on the hospital wifi.
