Xavier is Missing: Paragliding World Cup boss Xavier Murillo went missing while paragliding in Peru on Friday 1 July. He hasn't been seen since and an extensive search is ongoing.
The Paragliding World Cup Association (PWCA) is appealing for donations to help fund the aerial search. Please donate what you can. Donations are through PayPal – you don't need a PayPal account, only a card.

Xavier has been a hugely influential figure in the development of the sport of paragliding. Flying for over 25 years, Xavier first flourished as a talented photographer whose many pictures have graced the pages of Cross Country magazine since it began.
His passionate involvement in the Paragliding World Cup has forged it into the professional organisation it is now.
Xavier has always had a hand free to help pilots of all levels.
Now Xavier needs us.
Xavier's insurance for the expensive process of search and rescue in a place like the Andes is limited. After one sweep of a spotter plane it is already almost exhausted. Xavier is out there somewhere and needs our help to find him and bring him back before it's too late.
The PWCA has organised a Search and Rescue Fund for Xavier. Please donate as generously as you can. Whatever you can afford – every donation will make a difference.
DONATE to the Search and Rescue Fund.
