Hello,

Seems to me there was/is an issue with the vnc not working when
another vnc or logmein type connection is running?

What was the work around for that?

I use vnc and logmein, but I can't get the Paragent Remote to work
right (hasn't worked right but a couple of times from other
computers).

Unfortunately, at this point, the only thing that has worked to fix it
is to stop those services from running. We are working internally on
updating the remote desktop component, and Vista compatibility, as
well as working around the blockage from third party remote desktop
installations are part of what we are trying to tackle.
