Can the Paragent agent determine if malware (anti-virus, anti-
phishing, blocked sites) definitions are up to date? If so, can
someone provide an example?

Paragent will report information from the Windows security center,
which supports AV and Firewall information. I'm not sure about blocked
sites or anti-phishing.
