Bad references using easy installer

After installing using the easy installer I was able to install my
agent and get it reporting to the web console correctly, however I
have noticed several images coming trought as red "X" and after
further investigation found that like the "administration" link (that
references http://servername/admin.ucw instead of http://servername/paragent/admin.ucs)
in the upper right they were referencing http://servername/images when
they should have been referencing http://servername/paragent/images.

I was wondering if this is a result of something I did on my server or
if there is a way for me to modify either apache or how the page is
generated so that I can correct the linking issues. Thank you in
