Connection refused: error opening connection to Lisp

Hello everyone, 

It's my first time install paragent under CentOS. everything ok until I'm get a notification when accest to http://loaclhost/paragent/main.ucw , 500 internal server error.

It's log in apache error log :

[root@server1 scripts]# tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

[Tue Mar 18 17:44:28 2014] [error] (111)Connection refused: error opening connection to Lisp

 

and it's error log in nexus :

[root@server1 scripts]# tail -f /var/log/nexus-dribble

;;; detachtty: 1395075121: FATAL detach: exec failed (No such file or directory)

I can make sure that BSCL was installed , what i'm missing in configuration paragent ? 

*) I'm use easy install for install paragent
