Hi,
there seems to be some problem with html emails incoming in the ticketing system. It seems as the email does not get cleaned up of the tags, or integrated with the current html page.
Is there a solution?

The ticket system doesn't deal with html email and attachments very
well right now. This might be an easy project for someone wanting to
get started in Lisp programming.
