Calling All Kids For Some Mad Helps

I would have never thought that we would have to deal with theft on a
grand scale at the Pdox, but last night we did. The show went extremely
well untill Griffin from So Many Dynamos asked me to help him find his
wallet and phone and we discovered that they were stolen, as well as
the bands three guitars, from the band storage room. I blame myself for
not having someone back there for security and ask you to help me out
by signing up for some extra security for our future shows. Any profit
we make from the upcoming Damien Jurado show will go to So Many
Dynamos, our way of saying how very sorry we are.
(On a lighter note, I got a new lizard today at a reptile expo in
puyallup, isn't that cool? He is a mali uromastix and I named him
Kimchi. Sometimes it makes you feel better to go out and buy stuff,
some people go clothes shopping but I prefer to purchase little
lives...)
I would also like to ask now for some extra clean up crew kids for
Jason Webley's fall show on November 11th. If you have ever been to one
of this amazing guys big shows you will recall they are very messy, the
last show had me scraping tomatos and feathers out of the drapes for a
long while... The show should be rad and the clean up a cinch if we
have lots of helpers. THANKS!
Note: In order to do Sound Running and Lighting you have to have taken
the 101 classes. If you are interested in these jobs, look for another
101 class next month!
