I don't want to sound greedy, but I would like more kids to help out
tomorrow... I know it seams like we have too many already. I will
explain: due to last shows horrible theft we have decided to bulk up
our security measures. The bands will recieve wristbands when they
arrive and I will need a kid to sit by the band storage room with a
flashlight and check for wristbands before letting anyone in OR out. I
am also going to have someone sit in the room, Jake has already
volunteered for that. I am going to still need one of two kids at the
back door, two at concessions and two at the front door. We are also
selling posters for the show (they are really cool) at the merch table
so I will need someone for that. The bands are getting there tomorrow
super early so I do not expect my hospitality kids to stay for the end
of the night. Of course it never hurts to have extra people so you guys
can take breaks and see the show.
All of the above declared, i hope you will sign up for me so that we
have all the people we need. I will need lot's more sign ups for the
coming shows too, let me know as soon as possible if you can work!
Particularly people for set up and hospitality, as always...
P.S. Wallpaper is NEXT SATURDAY and we only have ONE amazing volunteer
so far! *gasp*
Note: In order to do Sound Running and Lighting you have to have taken
the 101 classes. If you are interested in these jobs, look for another
101 class next month!
