L/A Region Fresh Water Sites

HI All,

I have a buddy working in Lewiston that can only dive late in the afternoon. Given this weekend's high seas a fresh water dive site somewhere between Lewiston / Auburn and something like Route 26 would be real handy. Any suggestions?
