Fall Information Session

It is that time of year again to host an Information Session here on
our campus.

HARDING UNIVERSITY PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
INFORMATION SESSION
SEARCY, AR
OCTOBER 17, 2009

When: 1-3 PM
Where: Center for Health Sciences at the Corner of Park and
Remington.
Room 209. Parking is available at the building.

What: There will be a presentation about the PA profession and
Harding’s program. This is open to those who are just beginning to
explore the PA idea as a career option to those who are considering
applying to a program. Academic advisors are welcome.

Several faculty members and current students will be present to answer
questions and provide a tour of our facilities. A map to our building

News:
- We just received a renewal on our accreditation status which will
remain valid until 2014. This was exciting to be given this length of
time between visits by the accreditating body.
- Yesterday, 9/31, 16 PA graduates from the class of 2009 received
their permanent Arkansas PA licenses. There will be a few more to
follow in December. PAs practicing in the state of AR will eventually
become more common.
- We have not posted our PANCE results for the class of 2009 yet as
there are still several more scheduled to take the test. We do not
have a 100% pass rate this year.
