This is flat-out WRONG, team: Donald Trump's conservative majority on the Supreme Court continues to expand the president's power every chance they get – at massive expense to the American people and our democracy itself.

🔴 In 2022, they broke with nearly 50 years of precedent and overturned Roe v. Wade, endangering the lives and reproductive freedom of millions – and Trump took a victory lap.

🔴 In 2024, they ruled the president is immune to prosecution for his official actions, giving Trump free rein to do whatever he wants in office with ZERO fear of legal consequences.

🔴 Last year, they allowed Texas to move forward with Trump-endorsed gerrymandered maps ahead of this year's midterm elections.

🔴 Now, a recent analysis shows that over the first year of Trump’s second term, SCOTUS sided with him in 20 out of 24 emergency docket cases involving his administration's actions!

This Supreme Court has overturned DECADES of progress and legal precedent – and their shameless partisanship is only getting worse.
