[Release] PyOCR 0.6

Hello,


I've released PyOCR 0.6.

Main changes are:
- Complete rewrite of unit tests (thanks to Thomas Perret)
- Libtesseract 4.0: Fix segfault when running orientation detection
(thanks to Marián Skrip)
- Libtesseract 4.0: Add a workaround: Tesseract need the locale to be
set to
'C' (thanks to Thomas Perret)
