Paperwork testing (future 1.3) available for Windows

Hello,


For those willing to try it, the future version 1.3 is now available for
Windows:
https://download.openpaper.work/windows/installer/paperwork_installer_testing.exe

This installer always fetches the latest version of Paperwork built from
the branch testing. I recommend you uninstall any version of Paperwork
you may have before installing this one.

It includes all the changes specified in the source ChangeLog (
https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/OpenPaperwork/paperwork/blob/testing/paperwork-gtk/ChangeLog
) and some changes related to the way it is built and packaged:
- It is now built as a 32bits executable (instead of 64bits for 1.2.4)
- As for the Linux version, it now uses Libinsane instead of Pyinsane
for scanning.
- It is packaged with more recent versions of GTK (many bugs have been
fixed), Tesseract (4.0), Poppler, etc.
