Hello friends. Life has been crazy busy in the past few months, so I have failed you.

But now, I am back, ready to read some papers.

In honor of that, I suggest we finally have that meeting we have been talking about. How does next Thursday (October 25th) sound?

Also, it sounds like we settled on the REST paper, available here: https://www.ics.uci.edu/~fielding/pubs/dissertation/rest_arch_style.htm.

What say you guys?

Lucky you, you are in the place of no timezones. :)

Me too, but nobody was in the hangout. I'll go, er, hang out for a few more minutes.

I waited until a little after seven-thirty before I got—wait for it—restless.

(Actually I had to help my wife get our daughters ready for bed.)

Do we want to reschedule REST, or just move on to the next? I know
Jamison wasn't very excited about this one; I'll be happy either way.
I didn't pick up too much I didn't already know from the two chapters
I read, but there were some dense parts I'm not sure I fully grokked,
so I'm sure it could still be an interesting discussion.

Up to you guys. I think I lost my say when I skipped the meeting.

Sorry if it's terse. Sent from my phone.

I was in there briefly, but my daughter started to get really upset and I had to take care of things. And, it seemed like things weren't going down anyway :(
