hey there,
here's our notes from today. present: sak, lisa, and liz
we updated the budget & talked through cashflow - please see attached (w/ catalina, cashflow, and fundraiser tabs)
poor herman is about $800 shy of 4K goal.
lisa will deposit the $360 additional fundraiser income to our account (already included in budget updates)
Dustin leaves on the 18th - sak updated cashflow to reflect pre-production payment
we still need a props person - maybe Dustino?? (per favore)

we still need a photo person & video person (liz working on - but no video in budget. get a quote/friend rate?)
Creative Fund - check will go straight to venue, so Lisa will tell Gail to expect it and adjust deposit/rent payment plans accordingly.
sak will get quote from texas disposal - does gail have someone else she wants to recommend?
sak re-do contract for Chris Conard & em to Liz, she will print.

we want to offer snacks at concessions for carnival/circus/traveling show feel - popcorn and shelled peanuts
Dendy - are we still good with donated beer for the run? (do they want logo credit? send to lisa if so!)
also special offerings each night - sak will add this to the volunteer google doc so we can plug folks in. Ideas are: Absinthe (liz will check), Nada Moo (sak will get for second friday?), Laura from NAP will make snacks, Lisa will make something, also ask fiore, also ask antonelli's cheese... need 3 more?

cups - jars don't work, but water cooler are def better than bottled water
chairs- Gail has 30? (Lisa will double check) Lisa has 25? We want a total of 70-80 chairs with room for blankets? 99 seat limit set by AEA. Can we ask SVT/Diana? Who has chairs? (Do we leave them in place each night? strike them each night? Can Cast help strike chairs each night?)
4 reviewers on the calendar - not sure who is from chronicle yet, but Robert will come as person, all opening weekend
Invited Dress on Wednesday - invite silent auction winners & donors & sponsors

sak is out of town Aug 28- Sept 1 & Sept 5-11, with not a lot of access to email during those days.
