hey friends,
Some of these numbers may still get more refined as we continue to close out and have last minute expenses.

The good news - we finished in the black! We have an estimated profit of $2,900 (again, this may still change) - The Michael Esposito gift helped keep us in the clear but it feels good to know that we would have ended with an even budget with just a $600 earmark. Many designers came in under budget. We made our concessions goal and came in just slightly short of our ticket sales goal - but we are still OK with cashflow!

I've attached the tentative final budget breakdown - the cashflow breakout in the big budget is only based on pre-production vs opening vs closing - these numbers are no longer specific enough to gauge the cashflow we need to understand since we have two production events expensing at the same time, so please refer to the tab on the bottom that says "cashflow" and see how I tried to break it out week by week. This weekly cashflow chart also has our ACA membership in it (whereas the big budget does not since that's technically for next fiscal year - which started today!)

Lisa - let's talk today at some point about this cashflow chart - it has the reimbursements needed and I'd love to get the check numbers from you for the artist checks. I will also need the debit card if possible to pay the ACA membership, or I can front it but I will need reimbursement for that too.

Happy Strike Day! Congratulations everyone!
xx,
sak
