checking in re FY18!

Hey there!
Not sure if everyone saw but we got some Broadway World nominations for Catalina, including:
Best Site Specific Production,
Best Cast of a Play (Comedy),
Best Writing for an Original Work Best Original Score (Henna Chou)
Best Play (Comedy),
Best Direction of a Play (Comedy)
Best Featured Actor in a Play (Comedy, local - double congrats to Michael Joplin & Jesus Valles!),
Best Leading Actress in a Play (Comedy, Alexis Scott!)
Best Costume Design 
Best Lighting Design 
and Best Set Design 

We are still waiting for the city to officially accept our FY17 report and release that last 10% of funds (which will then let us pay the rest of the pc company members for their work on Catalina.) I will poke ACA again about it.

Lisa & Liz - In the FY18 revision docs that you submitted, our first FY18 event is Picnic Plays on Dec. 2nd at MOHA - since this is coming up in just a couple of weeks, I wanted to check in and see what the plan is..... What script(s)? what cast(S)? what time? what do you need in terms of help & marketing the event? (I agreed to volunteer for the SVT party that night at 6pm but could still come to a reading during the day?)  

Without the guarantee of the fy17 check in hand in time for the 2nd, what's the plan for paying people? (will our artists donate their time/work?) Have you checked our cashflow recently? I went online this morning and without having my paper chair files with me at work (to see what other FY17 expenses still haven't been paid), I am pretty sure that CMPBS has not actually cashed our rent check(s) from Catalina - Lisa, what should that check # be?

Also, when last we met, y'all were going to talk with Gail and Pliny about the future of our residency and how we could potentially better work together. Did that happen? How did it go?
