Hi team,

So excited for tonight at the Buzzmill. Please be pushing all your people and bombarding your facebook and other social media to come to these first 2 shows. Word of mouth is our best asset so we want to start strong.

So Friday....

Please pack minimally and remember to bring your own towel. There isn't going to be much room for personal stuff. Noel, we may try to put a few things in your trunk at the end of Thursday night so we have more room for instruments and bags. Feel free to bring any snack or mad libs or any thing to make the 8 hours fly.

The van (Keri, Spring, Lisa, Liz, Mark, Ben, and Laura) will be meeting at Lisa's house at 8am. Her address is 4008 cherrywood rd.

The car (Noel, Kelli, Kim, and April) will be meeting at April's house at noon. April will you send out your address.

The van will check into the house and unload anything that we do not want to leave in the van overnight. We are going to try and make one of the 7pm shows, but we will call the car once we leave and let you know where we left the key and the best way to get into the house. If the car makes good time yall may want to catch one of the 9pm shows. Once there each group can decide if it is best to take the bus/cab or if we want to drive and there is someone who doesn't mind staying sober and dealing with parking. Either way we will all meet up at the Hi Ho lounge for the fringe party where we will push the hell out of the show. Saturday morning we'll have some time to walk around, have brunch and then be at the HiHo at 2 for our run through in the space.

Sunday can be flexible but I think noon would probably be a good departure time that way people aren't getting in too late. People don't necessarily need to go home in the same car they came in if people want to move around.

Paper Chairs will be giving everyone $45 per diem for the weekend. We prefer to write yall checks so that we have it in our records. We can either write you a check tonight at the Buzz Mill so you have time to cash it before we leave. Or if you prefer to save that money for later we can simply add your per diems to the $300 stipend everyone will get at the end of the run. Just message me or tell me tonight and let me know which one you would prefer.

Thanks you all so much for everything. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns and I will see you all tonight.

Keri

This is awesome. Let me check with Matt about our rehearsal on Sat. I think it's actually scheduled for noon.
Thanks,
E

Sounds great. People driving in Noel's car will meet at my house at 12:30. Hoping to pack up Noel's car and hit the road asap so let's all be on time (more a note for me than anyone else since I'm late to everything in my life). Here's my address : 3305 Duval St. 78705 . It's a big green house at the corner of Duval and Harris St. My driveway has a small parking lot behind the house but unfortunately no one can park there. Instead park your cars at the first side street off Harris called Liberty (the north side of liberty had no parking restriction signs, the south side might, just check). They'll be fine on the north side the whole weekend! Let me know if you have questions or get lost 512-775-0408.

Happy thanksgiving friends! Hope you've had a nice break and are excited about our show tomorrow.

Remember it is an early show. Start time is 730 and it's important that we start on time so the line up stays in order. Our call time is 430. Please let me know if you have work and can't make it on time. A few producers are going to go at 4, so that we have a little time to talk to our contact there, if anyone else would like to be there early.

Liz, are you still good to meet at Lisa's at 330 to move the van.

Because it's a big night we will not have much access to their sound guy so we should count on using Laura's PA.

As soon as we're there we'll all set up the space. I will warn y'all that the layout of the scoot is pretty wonky so we'll need to be ready to figure out the configuration and it'll be really important for everyone to do a mark through.

Everything will need to get struck quickly and put in the van. Let's stick to the same division of roles as the buzz mill. But let's be careful to not misplace any of the smaller props as I think it'll be crowded.

Let me know if you have any questions. See you all tomorrow.

Keri
