Catalina update:

feeling very positive with Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems – CMPBS - the oldest sustainable design and planning non-profit in the US, on 15 acres just 15 minutes from downtown, on the corner of MLK and Decker Ln. (Liz will send 1pg proposal to sak & dendy.)

Alt Funding Sources

grants –potential- (sak will do) Creative Fund $600 (mtg Aug); Awesome Fdn $1,000; HEB Fdn
keep an eye out for places in the budget to cut?

Liz will connect with Latin American Studies scholars, Paz and Quique too, for outreach/talk-back opportunities.

Audience considerations – fan programs like Hillcountry? Bleacher seats – Dendy will email Eloise Gold/Natalie

Audience Goals – budget min: 58 patrons. Dream goal is 70 people/night

next steps/timeline:
