Catalina updates - 

Rachel Atkinson is on board as lighting

still trying to secure a SM

Casting almost finished- just one role more (Hugo?)

budget will need to add 3 more portapotties (total of 4)

Rachel is going to out to look at space - will know more about lighting/equip budget after.

Aug 19 -Saturday fundraiser party at CMPBS - goal is 2K 
Liz will solicit local orgs for Silent Auction

Lisa will make look nice
Lisa will work on press release

Maybe Birds & Anchors could play? (Rachel will ask)

Sak will create online event and ticket link by Aug 1 & send out eblast invite Aug 3

Grant updates

• did not get July Awesome Foundation (Gale Theatre Co won for a Black Lives Matter production) We can reapply for August but this will be our third time. Hopefully they send us feedback.
  
• Creative Fund is meeting in early August (our app is already in.)
  
• HEB foundation might not allow for fiscally sponsored groups - sak will try to call their office and will email ACA to see if they have any experience.
