what a fun night last night!!! Lots of happy faces, good tunes, great food and drink, old and new friends!

Overall, we had about 100 people throughout the night.

We got SO close to our goal of 6K - raising $4,465!  Here's the breakdown of the money we raised:

Total door sales (cash, check, cc): $1,552 online Advance sales (direct dep): $819.50 Total ticket earnings: $2,371 TOTAL DAY’s EARNINGS: $4,465.5 (potential for $90 more silent auction - David Duhon for YMCA, $100 Shaw pledge)

concession tips: $149.50 (cash) Pledge moment: $750 (checks - Yoga Joe, Liz's mom) Silent Auction: $1,195 (cc total before fees) TOTAL cash & check deposit (door & pledge): $2,100.5 CC SQ Deposit. (after - .0275 fee) $1546.22 online advance sales (direct dep): $819.50

 

I'll deposit it all tomorrow & will return the ABGB keg today.

We previously earmarked 2K to bridge the gap in the Catalina budget (we still haven't heard back from the Creative Fund grant, so there's a possibility we won't need all of it?) So conservatively, we now have $2,465 unrestricted funds for Poor Herman in Arrowhead.

regarding the silent auction - I updated our google sheet to reflect the final bids (if you're interested.)
I will follow up with David Duhon who was the only winner not present and processed (I have the physical cert.)
Liz, was there anything we needed to do for the Fleegle Farm items? Did they get an actual gift certificate or was that just a nice print out and we need to follow up with Ellie? (one of the winners and I weren't sure when we were reading the paper, but they both took them with them, so maybe that's all they need?)
Megan Tabaque won the Arcade Fire tickets - Lisa, did you connect with her about putting her name on them at will call?

Did anyone get pictures from last night? Since I was at box office, I didn't get any but I'd love to post some today on instagram/fbook and thank our patrons, donors, and sponsors. Please send me any that you got!!

also, let's schedule a production meeting this week. I leave town for my work conferences on the 28th and will be gone for two weeks and only get back in time for load-in, so I'd like to connect before I take off.

Hey there,

Spring, if you can send me the emails of the Fleegal Farm winners, I can put them in contact with my sister and her website. KJ was one of them, right? Was Glenda the other winner?

And Don and Jan, who donated via ACA, are my yoga students:) 

Do we have the money from my Mom or do I need to follow up with her? 

Do I also need to follow up with Pat Shaw about the $100 pledge or did he pay already?

So, if we got the creative fund, that means I only need to raise a $1000 more for the Poor Herman reading, yes?

the Fleegal Farms winner were KJ and Chrissie Angeletti - her email is chrissie_...@hotmail.com

We don't need to follow up with your mom - she sent Keir back in with her donation and I have it now, plus a nice card for you that she included and I will give to you next time I see you. Patrick checked in with me at the end of the night and said he'd get a check to us - I assume it'll through Alex since we see her often.

And yes - the adjusted Catalina earmark means Poor Herman is approx 1K shy of its 4K goal. We'll have $200 more at least with Patrick and David and anymore that come in.
