Doctrinal Note on Some Aspects of Evangelization

I was able to locate a PDF file of the new CDF document "Doctrinal
Note on Some Aspects of Evangelization" from the Catholic Church of
England and Wales website. http://www.catholic-ew.org.uk/

I did my best to convert this file to text and then to format all of
it into a readable HTML page for the web. There are likely some errors
from this conversion process. Many of the more obvious ones I have
corrected. Let me know if you spot others that i have missed.

If and when the Vatican posts this on their site, I'll add that link.
But in the interest of getting this document out, this will do for
now.
