Just released from the Vatican. "INSTRUCTION ON THE APPLICATION OF THE
APOSTOLIC LETTER SUMMORUM PONTIFICUM".
Currently, the Vatican site only has the English translation online.
I've updated the website with links to this document. When they add
the other languages, I'll update the Papal Encyclicals Online site
with direct links as they become available.
I also have the Latin and English translation of the 2007 document
SUMMORUM PONTIFICUM that can be read online. Found in Pope Benedict
XVI's "Other Writings" in the site.
