I've located an unofficial translation of the soon to be released Motu
Propio titled "Summorum Pontificum" about the liberalization of the
indult for the Latin Mass. This translation is from the USCCB
website.

As these things usually happen, I'm away from my office and web
editing software, so I've manually added a link on the Papal
