Hello,
I’m sure at some point most if not all of you have used a grill. Many of you have probably used a charcoal grill, but have you used one with wheels but without the little ash catch on the bottom? Because I have. It is a bad plan. Let me tell you why. Sometimes you might be grilling and then the sun moves to where it’s just too dang hot to stand by the grill in its current location so you think, “ah, perfect, I’m glad this thing is on wheels. I’ll just roll it over to the shade.” So then you do that. When you do that little chunks of charcoal at a temperature near the heat of the sun fall onto the concrete patio due the lack of ash catch. In this situation you’re barefoot, did I not mention that? So, obviously, you step directly onto one of these little embers and it sears into your foot, cooking a little chunk. There are many ways not to do this. You can reply your methods not to do this to yourself in this thread. I’d like you to know that the mahi-mahi fish tacos were excellent.
Come play frisbee at 6pm at town park. Bring cleats, water, a light shirt, a dark shirt, and yourself.
