I know it's a bit of a schlep but wanted to let everyone know about this benefit concert for our dear friend and frequent Panzer House Concert performer Tom Prasada-Rao.  Hope to see you there.

Also, we have one concert booked so far this year.  Ronny Cox returns to PHC on August 11.  Sunday afternoon show.  More info to follow down the road.

Tom is recovering from some serious health challenges. He was originally scheduled to play this show. Since he can't, nineteen of his many talented friends will play the show for him, drawing folks from Boston, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and the local area.  All will perform songs from Tom's recorded catalog or from his list of 62 favorite songs.

Jerry Bresee: Virginia-based singer-songwriter and hard-driving guitar player known for jazzy arrangements.

Susan Cattaneo: Boston-based songwriter and Berklee College of Music professor who blends rock, folk, blues and country; former member of the Boxcar Lilies.

Carey Creed: Folk- and jazz-inspired vocalist who slides easily from among folk, R&B and gospel.

Tony Denikos: Folk'n real life Americana singer who delivers witty, cutting, purposeful and reflective performances.

Matt Holsen: Music arranger, composer and multi-instrumentalist.

Cletus Kennelly: eclectic singer, songwriter, who incorporates contemporary urban folk with elements of melodic pop and alternative rock

LEA: A great voice singing great songs -- blending gospel, jazz, country and R&B into her own style.

Andrew McKnight: Blue Ridge Mountain-based artist who traverses from old-time Appalachian tunes to contemporary folk and blues.

Nancy Moran and Fett: Husband-and-wife duo led by one of the four Bitchin' Babes.

Eric Schwartz: Singer/songwriter, satirist, multi-instrumentalist and entertainer whose songs range from the political to the profane.

Debi Smith: Soaring and majestic vocalist and multi-instrumentalist who has released more than a dozen recordings as a solo artist and as a member of the Four Bitchin' Babes and the Smith Sisters.

Lisa Taylor: Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose vocals and percussion work have been featured on more than 40 albums.

LisaBeth Weber: Pennsylvania artist, writer, musician, and consultant whose songs have appeared in movies and TV shows.

Pat Wictor: Brooklyn-based, innovative slide guitarist and former member of Brother Sun known for fresh and memorable interpretations of traditional and contemporary songs.

Doug Alan Wilcox: Folksy singer-songwriter with intimate, thought-provoking and, on occasion, wryly humorous music.

Brad Yoder: Pittsburgh-based singer-songwriter-guitarist is known for quirky and smart songs and distinctive soprano saxophone.

It promises to be an uplifting night doing what music does best - bringing people together and healing - come be a part of it.
