Here is a list of events we have coming up. We hope that you can make

The world says NO to 40 years of Israeli Occupation
National march, teach-in and lobby day

SENATORS ON MONDAY JUNE 11. Information about what to say, phone
numbers, etc. will be up on our website later today

Wednesday, June 13 at 6:30 pm
261 W 36th St., between 7th and 8th Aves., 7th floor
PANYS volunteer and organizing meeting. We need volunteers to help
distribute flyers and make calls for our upcoming film festival. We
also need help on the 4th of July picnic, a party we're hosting in
July and an anti-nuke campaign we're putting together. For more

Saturday, June 16th at 6:30pm
Martin Luther King Jr. Labor Center
310 W. 43rd St. (between 8th and 9th Ave)
Hear Vietnamese Victims of Agent Orange speak about the lasting
consequences Agent Orange has had on Vietnam and on their lives.

Monday, June 18th 12 PM
gather in Foley Square
1 PM -US Court of Appeals 500 Pearl St. (Manhattan)
3 PM-Press Conference
Victims are suing a chemical company that manufactured Agent Orange.
This trial is
to stop the dismissal of their suit.

Monday, June 18th at 6:30-8:30 PM
Transit Workers Union Local 100 80 West End Avenue (Manhattan)
Speak with Iraqi labor leaders about the war and the labor situation
in Iraq.

Tuesday, June 26th from 6:30-8:00pm
PANYS Open House
Speaker/Film to be announced. Wine and cheese will be served.
PANYS office 261 W. 36th street (between 7th and 8th ave), 7th floor.

June 28 through August 2
Olive Branches and Guns: a film festival on Israel and Palestine
(Film titles to be announced shortly)
$10 suggested donation per film. $100 or higher PANYS donors get in
free.
Thursday June 28, 7-9 pm: Judson Memorial Church (on Washington Sq.
South between Thompson and Sullivan St.)
Thursday July 5, 7-9 pm: Blue Stockings (172 Allen St., between
Stanton and Rivington)

Wednesday, July 4th from 1:00-4:00 pm
Celebrate the 4th and PEACE by coming to our 4th of July potluck
picnic and pie extravaganza in Central Park. Exact location to be
announced. Organized by UFPJ-NYC and PANYS.
