Sorry to everyone who came out last night...

I want to extend an apology to anyone who came out to the cube on
Astor Place last night to see our silent film. We had a big mix up
with the Parks Dept. and the permit they gave us was actually for a
location about a block south and an avenue east of the Cube and that's
where the poll tap was done. Since we needed electricity we couldn't
stay in the Cube and the location that the permit was actually for was
an island in between 3rd and 4th ave where there were no walkways and
therefore, no people. We finally gave up when we realized that no one
was walking near where we were and in our rush to get our equipment
back to the office and put the whole debacle behind us, we forgot to
put up a sign to let everyone know the event was canceled.
So again I want to say sorry for anyone who made the trip and waited
around to see the film. We are going to try to put it on our website
www.panys.org so anyone who wanted to see it should still be able to.
It only lasts about 5 minutes.
