It depends on how big of a disaster it is. I use different companies
depending on the job.

I have a client that has a bad drive. Another local company tried to
recover his data before he brought it to me from frustration with them.
It sounds like the heads might have crashed and is having trouble
spinning up. He would very much like to get his data but is hesitant to
pay $700-800.
