New Contributor: Dan Moran

Everyone, please join in welcoming Dan Moran as a new Pants Contributor!

Dan has made several code changes:

• pytest-xdist support
• export includes Python tools
• updating Pants to use Py37+ by default
• adding env var support to shell_command

Dan is also quite active in Slack, often helping users and sharing feedback with other Pants contributors.
