Good evening.

We just released pants 1.24.0.dev3 to PyPi. 

As usual, the release notes are available here: pantsbuild.org/notes-master.html

Note that this marks the 1st unstable release since 1.23.0.dev0 with a full set of distributions on pypi. In the interim, out test support distributions - the deprecated pantsbuild.pants.testinfra and the preferred pantsbuild.pants.testutil - were unavailable.
