Everyone, please welcome Alexey Tereshenkov as the newest Pants contributor! 

Alexey only joined the community last month, but has already been a very prolific community member, including:

• Adding yapf autoformatter support
• Improving our docs several times, including the tricky topic of pex_platforms
• Cleaning up some of our tests

Alexey has also been quite active and welcoming in Slack.
