indigo can not run

Hello! I am running my schemes pqsa in pantheon.But I can not run indigo, it only run 3..01s or its throughput is 0.0 Mbps.I am very confused, and can't find the reason and reference. All is done on Ubuntu (Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS). Can you give me some inspiration to solve my problem？Thank you very much.

Are you able to run the other schemes such as Cubic? Can we run the sender and receiver manually in two separate shells and check if they are connected to each other and sending packets?

Sorry I don't have enough information to debug why Indigo was not run successfully. Could you maybe run the printed command ("run_sender.py ...") and see if the error message is more informative?

I didn't really understand the second question; can you elaborate it a little?
