I find myself constantly trying to middle-click the "Your photos" button to open a new tab there when I'm not on my photos page, but it doesn't work I guess because the top menu has buttons and not links. I do often middle-click the Panoramio link so I can go to the large map view when I'm trying to pick out where my photo needs to go and so I can see other photos around. I would love to be able to middle-click the menu items as well. I use multiple tabs regularly and when I can't middle-click that, my choice is to just left-click it and lose whatever I was looking at, or open a new tab by middle-clicking the Panoramio link and then clicking "Your photos", which is two clicks to get there.

It would take a change to make them more functional like regular links but they could definitely stay styled the same way and look exactly like they do now. Just my suggestion for a small but helpful usability enhancement.

I also use middle-clicking and multiple tabs a lot, and I agree with you. This problem was mentioned when the new menu was introduced, but as you can see, they didn't change it. :(

I'd like to add:
this new "dynamic"menu makes most of Panoramio functions unavailable on phones with less smart web browsers (like "dumb" phones with Opera mini or built in browser). Definitely not the way it shall go...

That makes sense.  I prefer to middle-click things myself.  Thanks for the suggestion.
