Can We Give The Photos Under "Recent Tab" Priority Showing?

Currently the default showing tab is the "popular tab" for any given Pano map area. I propose that the default showing tab to be the "Recent Tab" instead. Please give the new uploads more viewing opportunities within the Pano community. The most popular photos do not need any more promotion as they already are enjoying the greater GE viewing chances. Over the years my observation is that the newer photos are getting harder and harder to go anywhere and they are actually better than many of the older ones in average (possibly due to improved cameras / post processing tools). If we never give these rising stars any chances then GE will eventually be showing mostly those popular old timers.
