I'm a big fan of mossy rocks. Here's my opening contribution:

I'd say that this decaying log is about as mossy as it gets! I wonder how many kinds of moss there are on this one log ...

I live in the Temperate Rainforest of the west coast. Moss grows on everything here, including parked cars. It is dormant in the summer (looks brown or dead) but in the winter the mosses come alive and everything is a vibrant green. One sees beautiful green lawns, which on close inspection, are nothing more than moss gardens spoiled with a few weedy sprigs of grass.

Elaina LOL! I know that moss! Now that winter is setting in, I will be seeing a lot more moss too. In my lawn! 4676016



And here are more mossy rocks and trees, but not so dramatic as Elaina's. I had to cut down a few trees to get some light in. (Just joking!)
